An invitation to you…

Welcome to our website. We’d like to thank you for popping by and take this opportunity to invite you to join us for our public worship services in the coming days. They are open to all and all are welcome.
Our gathered worship is a key expression of our love for God and we believe that when we gather together, Jesus is with us and among us. This coming Sunday (2nd March), there will be services in both of our Churches and you will be most welcome to join with us – even if you’ve never been to our Church before.

Christ Church
Our Sunday Worship begins at 11am, so feel free to join us a few minutes before then. If you’re new to our Church, please introduce yourself to one of the welcome team and we will be happy to talk you through what you can expect. Our Bible reading will be Exodus 34.29-35. During our service, we will share Holy Communion (bread and wine) together as we remember, with thankfulness, the sacrifice Jesus made for us by dying on the cross. After the service, tea/coffee will be available in the Bower Room free of charge with an opportunity for you to meet and chat with other Church members.

St Peter’s Church
We have a traditional service of Morning Prayer (sometimes called Matins) planned for this weekend which begins at 9.30am. Please come along a few minutes before the start of the service and introduce yourself to one of our welcome team. The Bible readings for our service will be Exodus 34.29-35 and 2 Corinthians 3.12 – 4.2. Tea and Coffee will be served, free of charge, in the Vestry after the service, so do stay and chat with others if you can.
