An invitation for you…

Welcome to our website. We’d like to thank you for popping by and take this opportunity to invite you to join us for our public worship services. They are open to all and everyone is welcome.
Our gathered worship is a key expression of our love for God and we believe that when we gather together, Jesus is with us and among us. This week we are hosting our Summer 26 week of activities and there are still tickets available for some of our events. It is even possible that tickets may become available for those events that are fully booked because sometimes peoples’ plans change and they cancel their booking a day or two before the event – so do keep checking back if the event you want to come to is already fully booked.
This coming Sunday (16 August) there are services in both of our Churches to mark the end of our week of activities and we would love to extend a welcome to you even if you have never been to Church before or if it has been a while since you have been with us.

Christ Church
Our All Age Worship and Celebration takes place from 11am to 12:30pm and is suitable for all ages. It will be a time to celebrate and thank God for all of the wonderful things that have happened over the week.
Our all age worship is a relaxed service where there is no expectation for people to sit and listen quietly. All of the songs and prayers are displayed on the screen for you, making it easy to follow. Our youngest visitors are welcome to sit and play on our play mat and a selection of toys are available to use during the service.
No tickets are required for the Church service. Just turn up a few minutes before 11am and find a seat. If you are intending to stay on for the community bbq, you will need to book a ticket to avoid disappointment.

St Peter’s Church
Join us at St Peter’s from 6pm to 7pm for a service of Evening Prayer (Evensong) using liturgy from the 1662 Book of Common Prayer. This traditional service includes hymns that are usually led by a small choir. Whether you are new to Church or have been attending for many years, we hope you will find that the words and music draw you close to the living God in worship and adoration.
