Welcome to our website. We’d like to thank you for popping by and take this opportunity to invite you to join us for our public worship services in the coming days. They are open to all and all are welcome.
Our gathered worship is a key expression of our love for God and we believe that when we gather together, Jesus is with us and among us. This Sunday, 12th January, we have services in both of our Churches. Even if you’ve never been to Church before, you are sure to find a warm welcome at our services.
Christ Church
We meet for our Sunday Worship at 11am. Our service will be led by Alison White, our Children & Families Worker and will be suitable for all ages from the youngest to the oldest. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the service, so do come along and worship God with us. Our Bible reading will be Luke 3.15-17, 21-22.
St Peter’s Church
We meet at 9.30am for a service of Holy Communion using liturgy from the Book of Common Prayer. The service will be led by Colin Resch and our preacher will be Mel Rowley. The , readings will be Acts 8.14-17 and Luke 15-17, 21-22.
We gather again at 4pm for our Senior Sunday service – a short service especially for seniors which is followed by a sandwich tea.
