An invitation for you…
Welcome to our website. We’d like to thank you for popping by and take this opportunity to invite you to join us for our public worship services in the coming days. They are open to all and all are welcome.
Sunday worship is a key expression of our love for God and we believe that when we gather together, Jesus is with us and among us. This coming weekend we have services in both of our churches and, even if you’ve never been before, you are sure to find a warm welcome.
Christ Church
Our service this coming Sunday – 15th December – begins at 11am and will be led by Revd Colin Resch. The service will include Holy Communion (sharing of bread and wine) and prayers for healing – either for yourself or on behalf of someone else. Our Bible reading for this service will be from Luke 3.7-18. After the service, free refreshments will be served in The Bower Room and everyone is invited to stay.
St Peter’s Church
We have two services at St Peter’s this coming Sunday – 15th December. At 4pm, we gather for a very special TeaTime Church Nativity Service. This service will be led by our children and families worker, Alison White. Then at 6pm, we continue our Christmas theme with our candlelit carol service. You would be more than welcome to join us for either or both of these services.
