Welcome to our website. We’d like to thank you for popping by and take this opportunity to invite you to join us for our public worship services. They are open to all and everyone is welcome.

Our gathered worship is a key expression of our love for God and we believe that when we gather together, Jesus is with us and among us. This coming Sunday (28 June) we are joining together for a single service of worship to be held at St Peter’s Church to celebrate St Peter’s day. The service will begin at 10.30am. We have extended our welcome to the other Churches in Mountsorrel and look forward to welcoming members of Mountsorrel Baptist Church and Mountsorrel Methodist Church as they join us on this occasion. We would love to extend a welcome to you too – even if you have never been to Church before or if it has been a while since you have been with us.

As this will be our Patronal Festival, we will celebrate Holy Communion together using liturgy from the 1662 Book of Common Prayer. Our Bible readings will be Acts 12.1-11 and Matthew 16.13-19. After the service, we invite you to stay for a ‘bring and share’ lunch. Tea and Coffee will be available as usual and you will have the opportunity to chat to other members of the congregation and make new friends.
