Annual Parochial Church Meeting

After our morning service on 19 April we held our annual meeting at Christ Church.
The parish elected Helen Shaw and Angie Price to serve as Churchwardens for the coming year. They have done a phenominal job over the last few years and it is a delight to see them continue for the coming year.
Having received the annual report and reflected on the last year, we elected Mel Rowley to serve as our Deanery Synod representative; and Sarah Resch and Peter Hodson to serve as Church Council members.

Later that same evening we held our annual meeting at St Peter’s Church.
The parish elected David Bird and David Owen to serve as Churchwardens for the coming year. They too have done a superb job over the last few years and we are happy that they are willing to continue serving God in this capacity for the coming year.
Again, the annual report was received and we reflected on the work of God over the last year. We then elected Denni Christie to serve as Deanery Synod representative; and Jonathan Brookes and David Winsor to serve as Church Council members.
