Welcome to our website. We’d like to thank you for popping by and take this opportunity to invite you to join us for our public worship services in the coming days. They are open to all and everyone is welcome.
Our gathered worship is a key expression of our love for God and we believe that when we gather together, Jesus is with us and among us. This coming Sunday (1st March) we are joining together at 11am for a very special, historic service at Christ Church as the Archdeacon of Loughborough comes to induct Revd Colin Resch (currently Priest in charge) as Vicar of Mountsorrel. It has been twenty-three years since Mountsorrel last had a Vicar and, whilst this legal change won’t affect how we operate from day to day, it does represent a significant moment for our village and our Church.
We would like to extend a welcome to you even if you have never been to Church before or if it has been a while since you have been with us. There will be no service at St Peter’s this weekend. The next service at St Peter’s will be on Sunday 8th March, 9.30am.
