An invitation for you…
Welcome to our website. We’d like to thank you for popping by and take this opportunity to invite you to join us for our public worship services in the coming days. They are open to all and all are welcome.
Our gathered worship is a key expression of our love for God and we believe that when we gather together, Jesus is with us and among us. This coming Sunday (30th March) is Mothering Sunday and there will be services in both of our Churches. You will be most welcome to join with us – even if you’ve never been to our Church before.
Christ Church
We meet for Sunday Worship at 11am in a relaxed Cafe Church style with home-made cakes, tea and coffee all available free of charge. The service is themed around God’s love for us and, of course, Mothering Sunday. Our Bible reading is from Luke 15.1-3, 11b-32. We do hope you will be able to join us whether you come on your own, with a friend, or as a family.
St Peter’s Church
This Sunday we meet at 6pm for a service of Evening Prayer (also known as Evensong). This traditional service will include readings from Psalm 127, Exodus 2.1-10 & Colossians 3.12-17. After our service, tea and coffee will be available free of charge in the Vestry. We look forward to having you with us.
